Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll Ups Post Feature Picture

This Cheesy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll Ups Recipe is perfect for a family of four or less with the possibilities for leftovers for the next day.

Ingredients:

  • (6-9) Lasagna Noodles
  • (2) Large Chicken Breasts (Chopped)
    • Alternative: (2) 10oz Cans of Shredded Chicken
  • (1) 22oz Prego Family Size Homestyle Alfredo Sauce
  • (1) 8oz Bag of Parmesan Cheese
  • (1) 8oz Bag of Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • (1) 8oz Bag of Mozzarella Cheese
  • (1/2) 12oz Bag of Frozen Chopped Broccoli (Thawed & Drained)
  • Garlic Powder
  • Black Pepper
  • Roasted Garlic Seasoning
  • Parsley Flakes
  • Canola Oil
  • Cooking Spray
  • Olive Oil (If Using Primary Chicken Ingredient)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cook the Noodles thoroughly as directed with a dash of Canola Oil. Once the Noodles are cooked, you can either leave them in the pot to keep moist with the heat off or place a few of them onto a cutting board or a clean surface to cool and be prepped for further instructions.
  • Place the raw Chicken Breasts into the skillet with Olive Oil and cook thoroughly.
    • Alternative: Spray skillet with Cooking Spray and cook the Cans of Chicken thoroughly.
  • Combine Chicken, Broccoli, ¾ of Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese, ½ of Parmesan Cheese, Garlic Powder, Roasted Garlic, and Pepper (Amount of seasonings varies to your preference), and the Alfredo Sauce in a large bowl and mix all ingredients together.
  • Spray the baking dish with Cooking Spray.
  • Place 3-4 Spoonfuls of the Mixed Ingredients along the Noodles that you have out and ready to be prepared and spread evenly across the Noodle and gently roll it.
  • Place the Noodle in the baking dish.
  • Continue until all Noodles are complete.
  • Place the remaining Mixed Ingredients and any Cheese left over on top of the rolled-up Noodles evenly.
  • Bake (Covered) with foil for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for additional 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let stand for 5 minutes to cool.
  • Serve with a dash of Parsley Flakes on the dish and Enjoy!
