This Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe is perfect for a family of four or less with the possibilities for leftovers for the next day.
If you like more broth with your soup, then add another 32oz Chicken Broth.
If you are feeling under the weather, then add some Ginger and extra Turmeric.
Ingredients:
- (1) 32oz Chicken Broth
- (3) Cubes of Chicken Bouillon
- (1) 14.5oz Can of Italian Diced Tomatoes (Drained)
- (3) 10oz Can of Shredded Chicken (Drained)
- (1) 14.5oz Can of Cut Green Beans (Drained)
- (4) Yukon Potatoes (Chopped)
- (3/4) 12oz Bag of Frozen Peas/Carrots
- (1/2) 12oz Bag of Frozen Chopped Broccoli
- (3) Celery Sticks (Chopped)
- (1/2) Yellow Squash (Chopped)
- (1/2) Zuchinni (Chopped)
- (1/4) Onion (Chopped)
- (1 tbs) Minced Garlic
- Roasted Garlic Seasoning
- Turmeric
- Sea Salt
- Rosemary
- Cayenne Pepper
- Oregano
- Poultry Seasoning
- Onion Powder
- Black Pepper
Directions:
- Place the Chicken Broth into a large pot and bring to a boil.
- Turn the heat to medium-high and continue to cook it at that temperature as you continue the rest of the steps until otherwise stated.
- Place the Bouillon into the pot.
- Place the Italian Diced Tomatoes into the pot and mix.
- Place the Yukon Potatoes into the pot and mix.
- Add Roasted Garlic Seasoning, Turmeric, and Sea Salt (Amount varies to your preference) into the pot and mix.
- Place the frozen Peas/Carrots into the pot and mix.
- Place the Celery, Squash, and Zucchini into the pot and mix.
- Add Rosemary, Cayenne Pepper, and Oregano (Amount varies to your preference) into the pot and mix.
- Place the cans of Chicken into the pot and mix.
- Place the Onion into the pot and mix.
- Place the Green Beans into the pot and mix.
- Place the Broccoli into the pot and mix.
- Add Poultry Seasoning, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper (Amount varies to your preference) into the pot and mix.
- Add the Minced Garlic into the pot and mix.
- Cook on low~medium heat for 20 minutes (Covered).
- Remove from heat and let it sit (Covered) for 5 minutes to cool.
- Serve with Cheese and Parsley on top and Enjoy !
