This Crock Pot Pork Tenderloin Recipe is perfect for a family of four with the possibility of leftovers for the next day.
Ingredients:
- (2.5 lbs) Whole Boneless Pork Tenderloin
- (1) White Onion
- Alternative: (1) Sweet Onion
- (1.5 lbs) Bag of Petite Potatoes of Your Choice (Wash/Rinsed)
- Alternative: (2) Large Russet Potatoes (Diced)
- (¼ – ½ lb) Baby Carrots
- (2-4 Stems) Green Onion (Chopped)
- (4 tbsp) Margarine
- (1 tbsp) Minced Garlic
- Olive Oil
- Sea Salt
- Greek Seasoning
- Turmeric
- Black Pepper
- Paprika
- Roasted Garlic Seasoning
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- Rosemary
- Italian Seasoning
Directions:
- Slice your Onion. Take two of the slices and dice them. Place the Onions evenly along the bottom of the crock-pot.
- Trim any excess/unwanted fat from the Tenderloin.
- Lightly coat both sides of the Tenderloin with Olive Oil.
- Add Spices (Sea Salt, Greek Seasoning, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Paprika, and Roasted Garlic) to both sides of the Tenderloin (Amount varies to your preference).
- Place the Tenderloin in the crock-pot.
- Place the Potatoes around your Tenderloin. (Potatoes could be placed whole, cut in half, or poked holes with a fork).
- Alternative: Place the Russet Potatoes around the Tenderloin.
- Place the Margarine around the Tenderloin. Try to place 1 tbsp in each corner to evenly spread around the crock-pot when heated.
- Place the Carrots around the Tenderloin.
- Add Cinnamon and Nutmeg along the top of all ingredients inside the crock-pot (Amount varies to your preference).
- Place the Green Onions on top of all ingredients inside the crock-pot.
- Add Minced Garlic, Rosemary, and Italian Seasoning on top of all ingredients inside the crock-pot (Amount varies to your preference).
- Cook the prepared meal in the crock-pot on low heat for approximately 4 hours (Covered)
- After the 4 hours, cook on high heat for approximately 1 hour (Covered).
- After the 1 hour, leave on warm setting or turn off.
- Let it stand (Covered) on either setting for 5 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy !!!
