This Penne Pork Dish Recipe is perfect for a family of four or less with the possibilities for leftovers for the next day.

If the Tomatoes are too big for your preference, feel free to cut the Tomatoes to your preference.

Ingredients:

  • (1 lb) Penne Pasta
  • (1 lb) Ground Pork
  • (1/4) Onion (Chopped)
  • (3 Stems) Green Onions (Chopped)
  • (1) 14.5oz Can of Italian Styled Stewed Tomatoes
  • (1) 15oz Can of Tomato Sauce
  • (1/2) Zucchini (Chopped)
  • (1/2) 12oz Bag of Frozen Chopped Broccoli (Thawed)
  • (1/2) Red Bell Pepper (Chopped)
  • (1 tbs) Minced Garlic
  • Italian Herbs Seasoning
  • Roasted Garlic Seasoning
  • Onion Powder
  • Greek Seasoning
  • Nature Seasoning.

Directions:

  • Cook the Pasta according to the package in a large pot.
  • Place the Pork inside a large skillet seasoned with Greek Seasoning, Roasted Garlic Seasoning, Onion Powder, Nature Seasoning, both Onions (Amount varies to your preference).
  • Once the Pork is cooked thoroughly, add the Tomatoes, Minced Garlic, Sauce, and Italian Herbs (Amount varies to your preference) to the skillet and mix.
  • Bring the skillet to a boil. Reduce heat to medium.
  • Mix the ingredients and then continue to simmer for 5 minutes (Covered).
  • Drain the Pasta once it’s cooked, add it to the skillet and mix.
  • Add the Zucchini, Red Pepper, Broccoli and mix.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes (Covered).
  • Remove from heat and let it sit (Covered) for 5 minutes to cool.
  • Serve with Cheese and Parsley on top and Enjoy !
