This Skillet Ravioli Recipe is perfect for a family of four or less with the possibilities for leftovers for the next day.

For a kick on the spicy side, substitute the Mozzarella Cheese for Pepper Jack Cheese.

Ingredients:

  • (1 lb) Ground Beef
  • (1) Green Bell Pepper (Chopped)
  • (1/4 lb) Cherrywood Deli Ham (Chopped)
  • (1) 24 oz Jar of Prego Italian Sausage & Garlic Pasta Sauce
  • (1) 25oz Bag of Frozen Cheese Ravioli
    • Alternative: (1) 25oz Bag of Frozen Beef Ravioli
  • (1) 8oz Shredded Mozzarella
    • Alternative: (1) 8oz Bag of Pepper Jack Cheese
  • (3 stems) Green Onions (Chopped)
  • (3/4 cup) Water
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Italian Herbs
  • Roasted Garlic Seasoning
  • Parsley

Directions:

  • Cook the Ravioli according to the package.
  • Place the Beef inside a large skillet and season it with Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Italian Herbs, Roasted Garlic Seasoning, and Green Onions (Amount varies to your preference).
  • Mix the Beef, Green Pepper, and Ham inside the skillet and cook thoroughly.
  • Place Pasta Sauce and Water inside the skillet with the mixture and bring to a boil.
  • Drain the Ravioli and place inside the skillet and return it to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to simmer.
  • Add Italian Herbs to the skillet (Amount varies to your preference) and mix.
  • Continue to simmer for 10 minutes (Covered).
  • Uncover the skillet and add Cheese on top
  • Continue to simmer for 2 minutes (Uncovered).
  • Remove from heat and let it sit for 5 minutes to cool.
  • Serve with Parsley on top and Enjoy !
